OBOA By-Law Amendment - Voting Reminder

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting in London, members approved the addition of 2 new board members to support the association and its membership. By-law amendments as approved and endorsed by the current OBOA board include the addition of the 2 new board positions and clarity on the process for the nomination and selection of the president elect position. These changes will help ensure the process to nominate, select and ultimately choose board members are both fair and transparent. We are asking members to vote for by-law amendments.
