Getting Started:
The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the exam registration (please note Health cards are not accepted as primary ID). Examples of accepted ID forms are driver’s license, passport, Permanent Resident ID card etc.
Before your exam:
A mandatory Onboarding process is required for all first-time virtual exam writers, as well as those who completed the process more than a year ago. This process must be completed at least 2 days in advance of your exam day. Once you have completed the Onboarding process, it will be valid for one year from the date of completion and approval by Humber.
You will receive an email from Proctortrack with your Proctortrack username and password to conduct your Onboarding process. If you do not receive this email 2 days before your exam date, please contact Humber.
On your exam day:
Please log in to your virtual exam at the scheduled time of the exam, not earlier.
In total, set-up/start-up activities (ID verification, securing the environment and room scan) and writing the exam, will take 3.5 to 4 hours. This includes typically 30-45 minutes of time before the start of the exam to connect to a live proctor to perform set-up/start-up activities. As your exam will not start until the set-up/start-up is complete, it is important that you plan for the additional 30-45 minutes that is needed.
