EMPOWERING BUILDING OFFICIALS, STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES

Leadership Day is an important annual gathering that provides building officials with a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, expand their knowledge, and address key issues affecting the building profession and the communities they serve. This gathering serves as a platform for networking, sharing best practices, and staying updated on the latest developments in building codes, safety standards, and regulatory changes. Participants will have the chance to learn from industry experts, attend informative sessions, and engage in constructive discussions that directly impact their roles and responsibilities.

This year, the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA) is proud to once again collaborate with the Ontario Large Municipalities Chief Building Officials (OLMCBO) to host the event. This partnership further strengthens the event's value, bringing together a diverse group of professionals from municipalities across the province to exchange ideas, discuss common challenges, and work towards solutions that benefit both building professionals and the public they serve. By coming together in this collaborative environment, attendees will be better equipped to address the evolving needs of the building industry and the municipalities they represent.
