Complaint Process

Article 12
The Complaint shall be made in writing, addressed to the Registrar, signed by the Complainant and contain a clear and concise statement including pertinent dates outlining the allegations.

Article 13
The Complaint shall be made in writing, addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and/or Registrar, signed by the Complainant and contain a clear and concise statement including pertinent dates outlining the allegations.

Note

  1. The Complaint under Article 13 may be forwarded to the Registrar.
  2. Please ensure that you have read the entire Article and complied with the complaint requirements.
